Computer TrainingIn need of some help? Let us show you how.
We offer Computer Training as a service to all our existing and new clients. The training is meant to explain and to empower you as the client to better utilize your laptop, desktop or workstation.
How do we work? We do not offer computer training in the traditional sense of the word where we prepare a set curriculum and get a venue with a seating plan and work from there on a class basis. We work on premises with the trainees and work with the asked for desired output of the training.
Let’s give you an example: Charl, a stay at home Dad has trouble opening, sorting and printing his incoming mail on Microsoft Outlook. He finds us on Google and decides to make use of our services, he then as requested on the website supplies us with a full list of problem areas he has and would like to further his knowledge on. We then prepare a hands on lesson in the comfort of his own home, on his own workstation. Taking him through the work step by step and also doing revision of the required fields at the end. We also then set up small scenarios for the client as we go along to ensure nothing gets monotonous. He then completes the training with him behind the helm of the computer, laptop or workstation. This eliminates the irritating problem that one can only do it on the machine they trained on.
